Both halves of the work — building the asset and filling it with buyers — ship on a guarantee tied to specific outcomes, on specific timelines, conditional on you meeting your commitments. If we miss our part, you don't carry the cost.

Built and launched by Day 90 — or we keep working.

Your chosen asset — a course and community, a book and audiobook, a podcast, or the complete suite — is built and launched by Day 90. If it isn't, we keep working at no additional cost until it is.

Your commitment: attend the onboarding strategy sessions on schedule, record on the agreed cadence, and provide asset access per the onboarding checklist on time. The guarantee is action-conditional — it holds when you've met your side and we miss ours.

If a delay is on our side: the build continues at no additional cost, and you keep every deliverable already produced. The downside of a missed deadline sits with us.

If a delay is on your side: the timeline shifts proportionally without penalty to either party. Sessions reschedule, the build resumes, and the same specification still applies once the inputs are in.

The Fill · Acquisition Engine

Measurable growth and leads — or we keep working.

The acquisition engine we build and operate — YouTube, email, or paid ads on a funnel — produces measurable growth and leads on a defined timeline. If it doesn't, we keep working at no additional cost until it does.

The email engine specifically: we guarantee qualified leads. Closing them is on your side of the table — your offer, your call, your delivery. We fill the pipeline; you run the conversation.

What “measurable” means: growth and leads tracked end-to-end against a baseline we agree on at intake, so there's no ambiguity about what the guarantee is measured against.

What we can't underwrite: if you don't record on cadence or approve batches on schedule, the guarantee doesn't fire — because the input the engine depends on wasn't there. That's why the conditions are explicit.

What We Never Guarantee

A guarantee only means something if the things outside it are also stated honestly. Here's what we don't underwrite, and why.

Specific revenue numbers

We don't promise revenue figures on dates. Revenue depends on offer-market fit, timing, your existing audience, and a dozen variables outside our control. Anyone promising specific revenue on specific dates is selling something else.

Sales from the leads we deliver

The email engine guarantees qualified leads. Whether those leads become customers depends on your offer, your close, and your delivery — the half of the transaction that sits on your side of the table. We fill the pipeline; you run the conversation.

Specific follower counts on specific dates

Platform algorithms shift. Niche behavior shifts. We guarantee measurable audience growth within the window — not specific counts on specific platforms by specific dates.
